I went in for an oil change, apple CarPlay sound issue, and a def system issue. Everything was fixed at the dealer except for the CarPlay issue still persists. Besides the CarPlay issue, the service issue was while they were troubleshooting my def system issue, I was asked how much I was towing for which I responded that I was towing 7k lbs. The service rep then told me that was my max towing. My truck is rated for 13k lbs. I get that it’s a small detail and the service rep wouldn’t know everything, but to reach out and say that shows either ignorance or them looking for a receive to void warranty.

Zak is amazing and Mike Maroone has been great too. They found an issue that a competitor made and then fixed me up right complimentary. I was so impressed with the service and the way I was treated I will be bringing my 2500 diesels here when ever they need service. And I will always prefer to work with Zak. He is very professional and knowledgable to these vehicles or just cars in general. You can trust his evaluation and understanding when you service your car or truck with him. Thanks Mike Maroone!

My service tech did a great job communicating the status of my corvette. When I picked up my corvette it has a high isle of 1100-1200 rpm's. When talking to the tech about it, his statement " but it eventually comes down." Tells me that he didn't drive the vehicle much. When I drove it, in second gear at isle the car goes 30 - 35 phone. When I took out back because of this issue I was told I would need to leave it again for another day so the tech could "investigate" the issue that wasn't investigated to complete the service that was performed. So now I'm left to bring back my vehicle so the tech can finish the work that should have been completed before saying that the issue was resolved. I'm left questioning why the service wasn't completed properly the first time and now I'm left to trust the tech to finish the job on his second attempt. This also makes me hesitant to let your service department do other services on my corvette.

I made an appointment thru your Siri AI person on the phone for last Thursday to get my car diagnosed for a reduced engine power code that kept going on and off. I texted that I was running a little late and arrived at around 1:25. I was told I was too late to get it diagnosed that day and would have to leave it overnight which was unexpected and very inconvenient. The team member ordered me an Uber to our trailer on Cascade so I could wait for my husband to get off work and pick me up. I assumed I would be getting a call the next morning telling me what was wrong with my car but had to call service at 4pm when I hadn’t heard anything. The guy my husband spoke to said Oh we are just now bringing it in to get it diagnosed. I was not happy that they had all day to do that and yet at 4pm they were just bringing it in? We were told they would have to keep it until Monday for a part to come in but it would for sure be ready by Monday evening. Monday came and went and no update was given to either of us. Tuesday we didn’t hear anything all day so I asked my husband to call them at about 4;30pm but he said they were already closed. Wednesday I finally called that morning because I was starting to get a little ticked at this point and was told by the team member that he had been leaving messages for my husband. My husband told me the last vm he got was on Monday but no update after that. When I asked the team member why it wasn’t ready Monday evening he said no we were waiting for parts that day and I told him yes but that we were also told it would be ready that same evening. It was a huge inconvenience not having my car since that Thursday before and rather annoying that they weren’t keeping us updated on the status of the repairs. I just think it’s poor customer service making us have to call the service department all the time to find out what’s going on when they should have been calling us. It is such a pain trying to get a hold of anyone in the service department as it is so it should be their responsibility to keep us in the loop not just leave us wondering when my car is going to be done. The team member who was working with us was nice and all but I would have been more satisfied with my experience if they would have gotten my car diagnosed sooner and had told us how long it would take to get repaired.
