At this visit discovered that an arcing fuse box was the source of a “windshield wiper glitch” that present when in purchased the car. I am disappointed in the dealer who played the issue off as minor and first service department person I worked with who advised me to replace parts that were not the root of the problem. I just wonder how many other mechanical issues arose because it took so long to identify this issue. These last few years have been a pain in the wallet and but I think we just might have got it this time.

Had to wait 7.5 hours for my truck to have a simple service and software update. Called for a update after 5 hours I called for an update and did not receive a call back till almost 2 hours later.
