April was awesome . When I dropped my vehicle off she expressed interest in helping me and showed that she cared about my experience. She kept me informed every step of the way. There were others in the service department that didn’t look up from their screens, but April did !

April did an amazing job keeping me up to speed on the entire process. My truck went in for a check engine light and ended up needing a full on motor swap and April took care of me every step of the way!

Your techs were able to find two small nails near the sidewall of my tire, which went undiscovered by 2 other service providers!

Everyone stayed in contact with updates and I like the video's showing what's needed for repair.

Jonathan was super nice and knowledgeable! He answered all my questions about the services I was getting for my car, and he was nice to walk me out to my car when I was leaving. I also really liked receiving the report cards for my car, and the personalized video showing me how they checked my brakes for me and cleaned off the dust.

We unfortunately had to deal with transmission failure in our 2019 Chevy Suburban which is our main transportation vehicle as we take care of our special needs grandchildren and a special needs nephew. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. Thank you Joe , Josh Johnathan and the Great service team for always taking care of my family’s vehicles.

Gave you a rating on Dealer Rating as well. Nik did an excellent job installing the exhaust, and Josh and Zak were outstanding in customer service. All in all, extremely pleased.

Came in for an oil change, the service associate informed me they are appt based,but he said if someone doesn’t show or a technician has a little extra time they’d squeeze my truck in. Proceeded to tell me waiting time was a max of three hours. I got a call to come pickup my truck in less than an hour and a half! Great experience!
